Curiosity and a deep love of learning brought me to yoga. I'm drawn to intelligent and creative sequencing, weaving together different styles while honoring the purity of Hatha Yoga. I have a profound appreciation for Sanskrit, Mantra, and Meditation—these ancient practices continue to deepen my understanding and connection to the tradition.
Through my practice, I've discovered flexibility and strength on every level—physical, mental, and spiritual. It was on my mat that I found my Dharma: teaching. Whether I'm standing in front of high school students, leading a yoga practice, or mentoring aspiring yoga teachers, guiding others has become my true calling and where I find Ananda—genuine joy.
My teaching reflects the positive transformation I've experienced since beginning this journey, and I'm passionate about sharing yoga's healing benefits with everyone I meet.
I completed both my 200 and 300-hour certifications at DharmaChakra Yoga School, where I now serve as a lead trainer. Under the guidance of Nancy Kearon and Eileen Rachelson, I gained not only knowledge and confidence but also a deep sense of community that transformed my practice and teaching.
I continue to expand my understanding through the teachings of inspiring instructors like Beth Spindler, Rolph Gates, and Chris Loebsack. This profound sense of community ignited my passion for creating opportunities for seva (selfless service), which led me to develop programs like the Cornelia and Florence Bridge Preserve Hike and Yoga—an initiative that combines yoga practice with outdoor exploration to benefit both practitioners and the natural spaces we cherish.
I offer private and small group yoga classes, as well as Reiki sessions, in my private studio or in the comfort of your own home
